Mount Carza Bike Challenging

The “RED” version of the Monte Carza Bike route, which is therefore challenging, is the brainchild of the local association ASD Race4Fun, with the aim of enhancing the trails in the Monte Carza area by exploiting and recovering local paths.

Unique scenery with fantastic views open up a challenging route that encapsulates the true essence of modern mountain biking, technical uphill sections, challenging but never extreme downhill sections and tarmac sections.

Starting and finishing in the Grotto Carza area, the route covers a length of about 11 km with a positive difference in altitude of about 550 m. The time required for an average cyclist is about 90 minutes.

The route is fully signposted with a progressive number of signs.

There is no drinking water on the route, so Grotto Carza offers refreshments at the start and finish.

Type of surface: 85% Natural surface 15% Asphalt
